While on holiday in Thailand during the month of January 1990, I failed to use any sun protection products as I knew from experience that they do not agree with me. I suffered two sunburns on the left thigh (as a result of a motorcycle trip) obliging me to wear trousers again.

After having again been exposed to the sun i experienced a third sunburn on the same thigh causing excruciating pain. I then applied VITACREME B12 to my painful thigh. I immediately felt a cooling effect and was able to sleep without problem. The next day I was able to wear my shorts again and a week later the burns had totally disappeared without affecting my sun tan and without leaving any discolouring.
